Accountable Leadership is an education and awareness platform that aims to enable experienced, new, developing, and aspiring leaders, to use their influence effectively to produce positive and tangible outcomes for those they serve. We promote accountability as the foundation for effective leadership in society. We place accountability for human outcomes must be the basis of leadership selection, practice, evaluation, and experience.

We believe that leadership is not only a process, skill set, or position, but it is an experience for those impacted. Therefore, it is a privilege to be taken on and designated with utmost consideration and care.

While leadership accountability does require taking responsibility for negative outcomes, it goes a step further. It requires acting with the intention to prevent or offset negative outcomes in advance.
